The Deets:

Homes take me anywhere from 2 to 6 hours, depending on the size and amount of details to capture. If booking twilight, I stay or come back at golden hour to catch the sunset and then the warm glow from the windows once "blue hour" begins to capture the twilight magic!

Rates:

Homes start at $1,000 for 50 edited images of interior and exterior. 

Add Drone: $250 for 5 edited images.

Add Twilight: $300 for 5+ edited images.

Rates are for up to 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Add $100 for each additional bedroom and $50 for each additional bathroom.

Yes, I travel! Travel fees vary, but start at $500. Inquire for more information.
