Thomas reached out requesting a golden hour photoshoot in the forest of Big Bear for him and his significant other, Marlene. He mentioned looking at my Instagram and loved the photos from several shoots. He said he was confident I could give them what they were looking for. Thomas and Marlene have been together for years and never had professional photos together! I was so humbled and honored that they reached out to me to document this milestone <3 They also brought along their two sweet dogs, which were soo good on the shoot!

On the day of the session, we weren't sure what the weather was going to do since Big Bear weather is highly unpredictable, but I told them to trust me and we will roll with the punches. Well, Mother Nature gave us the most beauuutiful light for their first ever photoshoot and I could not have been more grateful that this is the experience they got! Because we weren't sure what kind of light we would get, I took them to a reliable and stunning location in Moonridge. The soft clouds offered a golden haze that we couldn't get enough of towards the end of the session!

I got to document many laughs and sweet kisses (from both each other and the pups), as well as an abundance of "look and smile" photos, as these are a staple for a first professional photoshoot. They were beyond stoked on the photos... scroll all the way down to read her super sweet review.
