Non-traditional First Family Photoshoot in the Mountains at Golden Hour by Big Bear Photographer, Gianna Christina Photo

Sometimes when I meet people, it's as if I have known them forever. Maybe we met in a past life.... this was one of those times and I am so dang grateful for that!

Emma and Charlie reached out because they just had a baby, West and wanted to document their first family photos in a place they feel connected to- the mountains. Naturally, Big Bear Lake was the best option for them, as they live in SoCal again (previously in Colorado). They chose this location for the mountain views and golden light, which did not disappoint! I am SO happy I got to work with these cool kids... they were an absolute blast! I love how non-traditional this session was... just like hanging out with old friends.

This shoot was nothing short of stunning, the family was gorgeous and the authentic documentation I was able to get because they felt so comfortable was 10/10!! Baby West had the cuuutest little face and was so chill for only being six months at the time. My guess is because he has super playful parents who genuinely enjoy each other's company and fill him with all the love. I seriously can not wait to see how big West has gotten next time I get to spend time with the Ryan fam!!
